Our Background

Our search experience has a strong financial services focus. Our clients include PE portfolio clients, financial institutions and functional (CFO suite) finance leadership within manufacturing, professional services, and technology firms of all sizes. Prior to leading finance executive search and special projects for the largest national firm and a premium boutique, Our CEO & Founder, Chris Haywood, was a management consultant across numerous projects at Accenture. Christopher Haywood

Founder & Managing Agent

Christopher Haywood has more than 15 years experience helping executives improve their efficiency, increase revenue, and reduce costs through management consulting and strategic executive search services. Haywood started in systems and technology consulting to F100 companies and later transitioned from implementer of change in organizations to a strategic partner to finance executives and business unit leaders of numerous organizations. These experiences in addition to the proven methodologies learned as a management consultant in an organization such as Accenture, laid the foundation for Chris’s unique business approach. Christopher received a full scholarship to Hampton University where he received his BS in Mathematics and was a Dean’s fellow at the UCLA Anderson School of Business where he graduated with a Masters of Business Administration(MBA) focused on finance and entrepreneurship.[/vc_column_text][/item][item id=”1396305481-1-66″ title=”Item”][vc_column_text]

Sasoon Lee

Director of Operations

Sasoon Lee brings project management excellence to Strategic Executives Agency. In addition to being the primary project manager of our most visible engagements, Sasoon uses her corporate project management background and high acumen for new technology to continually improve processes that will impact SEA’s entire portfolio of engagements.

Sasoon enjoys working with an array of business professionals to identify strategic solutions and follow through to total project execution. Sara Simpson

Practice Director

Sara Simpson’s focus has been on helping rapidly growing organization align their talent acquisition practices with changing business needs. While her experience is broad, she has added unique value to some of the most important roles in financial technology and investment management organizations. In addition to thirteen years includes of talent acquisition for capital markets, she has also worked with clients to customize behavioral interviewing systems with top consulting firms such as Sapient, CGI and Paragon Sara works with clients to understand human capital challenges, identify process improvement gaps, and augment in house recruiting capabilities as appropriate Mrs. Simpson is a graduate of Ithaca College in New York with a B.S. degree in Corporate Communications.[/vc_column_text][/item][item title=”Item” id=”1396305890484-0-4″][vc_column_text]

Nick Crooks

Nick graduated from Northeastern University with degree Marketing and is active in the Silicon Beach community.
